GEMINOID F BOT
This is kind of scary but cool at the same time. I don’t know if you are familiar with the movie, “Surrogates,” (starring Bruce Willis). But anyways, this is so similar to the movie. In Japan they have created a robot called the Japanese Geminoid F Bot. It’s a like a human clone that realistically mimics human expressions and speech. This particular project they were working on are for receptionist positions, so instead of having a human being its actually a robot with skin that looks and feels real as well as hair. Woooo, thats kind of scary. Here is a video of the Geminoid so you can see the movement. (Its in Japanese but you can still watch the video!)

I’m kinda late on this, if you haven’t seen it…check out the LG watch phone, a first come first serve basis for now, from what I hear. It’s touch screen, comes with a built in speaker and MP3/AAC player.
